The 7-Day Return & Cancellation Window

We offer a flexible 7-day return and cancellation policy. Customers have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of the formal online order confirmation or the physical delivery of hardware components to initiate a cancellation or return claim. Beyond this 7-day period, all sales and site booking configurations become final.

Tax & Fee Deductions (Crucial Information)

Please take note that all refunds issued under our 7-day policy are subject to regulatory and administrative deductions. When a project cancellation or return is approved:

1. Government Taxes: Any local or national sales tax applied to the transaction at the time of checkout is non-refundable, as these funds are immediately allocated to public grid processing systems.

2. Gateway Processing Fees: Digital merchant or bank payment transaction charges incurred during your checkout path will be deducted from your final refund amount.

3. Audit Cost Deductions: If our engineering team has already conducted a physical structural site survey or bill consumption analysis before your cancellation request, a baseline service deduction will apply.

Hardware Return Eligibility

For physical products (such as hybrid inverters, solar panels, armoring structures, or battery backup modules) to be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be entirely unused, uninstalled, and preserved in its original sealed factory packaging.

• It must include all original instructional manuals, technical wires, and structural mounts.

Processing Your Claims

To start a return, send an official message containing your unique Order Reference ID to info@orionsolar.shop. Our financial verification department will inspect the request and process all verified outstanding refund balances back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
